Amer Al Akhras CEO and the Chairman of the Board Mr. Amer Al – Akhras Shair man and CEO (Managing Partner): Amer has over 15 years experience in the construction field. Amer’s experience in the construction field has seen him being involved in many large construction projects throughout the world. Amer understands the construction industry with the knowledge he gained through his involvement in projects in different parts of the world. Amer is responsible for guiding EIDW’s direction based on the company’s strategy by measuring its performance against EIDW’s business strategy, goals and business planning development. Amer is charged with expanding and growing the business through a team focus of continual dewatering technological development to provide industry leading dewatering solutions for our clients.

Saeed Abu Layla Partner Saeed Abu Layla is the Partner of Emirates International Group one of Emirates International Group two divisions. Mr. Saaed joined the company in January 2004, and has more than 12 years of property business experience.

Khalil Al Akhras EIDW's Operation Manager Mr.Khalil is a highly qualified civil engineer with a bachelor degree in structural engineering from Jordan. Khalil has worked on various construction sites in the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Khalil has the expertise to undertake and complete dewatering projects to the high standards according to international specifications. Khalil is responsible for setting the tone and direction of EIDW’s standard of practice to ensure the highest quality standard of product and professional conduct mindful of onsite health and safety practices. Khalil develops the company’s operational direction and is in charge of the manufacturing strategy and operations practice.
